Wow, is this a fantastic drink! What a fun martini to make for your girlfriends for the Girls Night you have been planning for months. This drink makes you want to relax on the sofa with a cozy blanket and catch up with all the happenings of each other’s lives. And of course, as the evening progresses, you will definitely want another!
Ingredients:
1 shot baileys
100ml strong hot coffee
20g chopped dark chocolate
2tbsp brown sugar
60g lady fingers
Ice cubes
120g mascarpone
Organic Cocoa powder
Gold Edible glitter
Directions
- brew coffee and mix the brown sugar + chocolate until smooth, set aside to cool.
- Blend the Baileys and lady fingers with four ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Put the mascarpone in a bowl, add about a third of the Baileys mixture + mix together. Add in rest and mix well
- Pour the coffee mixture into martini glasses, add in the Baileys mascarpone mix.
- sprinkle with cocoa powder + glitter. top with coffee beans
