This is EASILY my new favorite morning coffee! If you know me, you know I drink iced coffee all year round. I don’t care if it’s 100 or -4 degrees, I still drink iced coffee. I have been trying to come up with cleaner options, cutting out fake sugars + ingredients. This is what I came up with + it is SUPER easy!

Ingredients:
2 Shots Espresso
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Milked Cashews (click here for the one I use)
1 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Organic Vanilla
2 tsp Organic Cinnamon
Ice

Directions:
1. Brew espresso in a mason jar
2. Add in milked cashews, maple syrup, vanilla, + cinnamon
3. Shake
4. Pour over cup of ice + ENJOY!
