Ingredients
16oz Chicken breast
1 bag coleslaw mix
1 Orange
Siete Tortillas
Cilantro – to garnish
+ Ingredients listed below!
*Optional – rice, cheese, salsa

Marinade
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp orange zest
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 TBSP lime juice
1/2 tsp lime zest
1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 tsp rosemary
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Spicy Aioli
1/2 cup avocado mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
half a packet of Siete Taco Seasoning
2 TBSP Jalapeno Juice
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
Juice from 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all marinade ingredients, except for chicken.

  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or bowl.

  3. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook on grill. Flip chicken over halfway thorough. Once chicken is done, remove from grill + let cool for a few minutes.

  5. Once chicken has slightly cooled, dice it up into smaller pieces.

  6. Mix coleslaw with 2 TBSP lemon juice + 2 TBSP lime juice.

  7. Blend all ingredients under Spicy Aioli together until well blended.

  8. Add slaw + chicken into tortilla. Top with aioli + ENJOY!
